The 3-1-1 rule for Allegiant passengers requires liquids to be carried in containers of 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) or smaller. These containers should be packed in a single, clear, resealable plastic bag, which must not exceed one quart in size. The bag must be presented separately during the security screening for inspection.
